Bayer Norden is a regional unit in the international Bayer Group. Bayer Norden includes Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland as well as Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Bayer Norden was founded in 1992 and has over the years developed into one of the most progressive regions within the Bayer Group. Today, Bayer Norden consists of six independent companies:

Bayer A/S in Denmark, Bayer AS in Norway, Bayer AB in Sweden, UAB Bayer in Lithuania, Bayer ÖU in Estonia, SIA Bayer in Latvia.

In Finland, the businesses of Bayer MaterialScience, Bayer CropScience and Bayer Agency Business as well as the Bayer HealthCare divisions Animal Health and Diabetes Care are operated within Bayer Norden.

Bayer Norden’s headquarters is situated in Lyngby, north of Copenhagen.
